Returns


Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns on selective items only. Items that are non-returnable will be clearly marked as “No returns on this item” on the product page.

  • All return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the delivery.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log into your MYLUXE account.

  2. Go to the 'My Purchases' section under your account.

  3. Select the order you wish to return from the 'Ongoing' or 'Completed' tab.

  4. Click on the 'Cancel/Return' option and follow the steps provided.


Return Collection

  • Once your return request is approved, MYLUXE will arrange for the collection of the item.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and any accompanying documentation or certificates included.


Quality Check

  • Returned items will undergo a thorough quality check upon receipt to ensure that the item has not been used or damaged.

  • Returns that do not pass the quality check will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the buyer.

 


 


Refunds


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and passes the quality check.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders (Credit Card, PayPal) will be made to the original payment method.

  • Refunds for cash payments will be processed via bank transfer. Buyers are responsible for any fees associated with the transfer or currency exchange.


Refund Amount

  • Refunds are processed for the full value of the item(s) but do not include:

    • Shipping costs.

    • Customs duties, taxes, or any additional fees paid by the buyer.

    • MYLUXE promotional credits or vouchers used during the purchase.


International Refunds

  • All international transactions are processed in USD. The refund amount will match the original payment received by MYLUXE. Any differences caused by currency exchange rates are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Credit card refunds may take 7-30 business days to reflect in your account due to bank processing times. Bank transfers may take 3-5 business days to complete.


Unsuccessful Deliveries

  • In cases of unsuccessful deliveries, any customs duties or taxes borne by MYLUXE will be deducted from the refund amount.

 


 


Important Notes

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as bespoke products or items explicitly marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Customs & Duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT charges, or local taxes incurred during the delivery process. These amounts are non-refundable.

  • Fraud Prevention: For security purposes, we may request additional documentation (e.g., ID or passport copy) for high-value purchases or international orders.
